12 Steps Program

In order to avoid the heartbreak of being sacked there are 12 steps you can follow to build up currency in the workplace.
"In most cases, get down to basic workplace etiquette. However it is surprisingly how frequently the considerations behind the steps are disregarded.
If you alreadyincorporate them in your system, for sure your job is secure. If not, here are the suggestions for building workplace power:
1. Learn to like the people around you. Look fo r thungs you can respect in your officemates, dont send signals that you dont like them or else you just creating boundaries between you and your co-workers.
2. Communicate with them often. Let your officemates and boss know you, understand both your role.
3. Never turn down an invitations.
4. Do not be afraid to socialize with your boss and co-workers.
5. Be open to your officemates. Appreciate things they have.
6. Do not forget who recruited you.
7. Never violate a confidence.
8. Never refuse an assignment.
9. Know your supervisor's expectations.
10. Never speak ill of the company nor badmouting your company.
